Brexit is already destroying our livelihoods and relationships. Its only benefit that I can see is breaking apart old political party system – school gangs organized on loyalty to party before country principle – which is no longer fit for purpose. Tory spinelessness is beneath commenting on but this is an interesting development: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/jun/25/pro-corbyn-group-to-launch-drive-peoples-vote-on-final-brexit-deal-labour?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other

Good article, and completely believable of course. In or Out, the money men always win eventually. But my vote was one of principle, and had little to do with my future financial situation, or anything else. I would have voted to leave, whatever the consequences. A ‘Pyrrhic Victory’, unfortunately.
Best wishes as always, Pete. x
